Zesty Turmeric Tonic

Ingredientes

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Heat water until warm but not boiling.
  2. Add turmeric, ginger, lemon juice and black pepper. Stir to combine.
  3. Remove from heat, stir in coconut milk.
  4. Drink warm.
