Ingredientes

  • 1 lb salmon fillet
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. Toss broccoli with olive oil on a baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place salmon on top and sprinkle with garlic powder.
  4. Bake 15-18 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
  5. Remove from oven and top with walnuts before serving.
