Salmon with Turmeric Dressing

This delicious salmon is baked and served with a turmeric dressing. Turmeric contains curcumin, a powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant that may help prevent age-related diseases.

Ingredientes

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together turmeric, honey, lemon juice and garlic. Reserve 2 Tbsp for dressing.
  4. Brush salmon with remaining turmeric mixture. Bake for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Remove from oven and drizzle with reserved dressing. Serve warm.
