This homemade pizza comes loaded with reversing ingredients like tomato sauce, yellow bell peppers, olives, onions, spinach, and feta cheese. The lycopene in tomatoes, vitamin C in bell peppers, healthy fats in olives, and antioxidants in spinach are an anti-aging feast!

Ingredientes

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced olives
  • 1/4 cup diced yellow bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp diced onion
  • 1 handful fresh spinach

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Spread pizza sauce on crust and top with cheeses, olives, peppers, onions and spinach.
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden brown.
  4. Let cool 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
