Ingredientes
1 (6 oz) halibut fillet
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1 lemon, zested and juiced
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Place halibut on a baking sheet and rub with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
