Ingredientes

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lb chicken breast, chopped
  • 5 oz spinach
  • 1 (15 oz) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  3. Add spinach, beans, oregano and broth. Simmer 15 minutes.
