Ginger Salmon with Bok Choy

Ingredientes

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 Tbsp minced ginger
  • 2 heads baby bok choy, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Rub salmon fillets with minced ginger and let sit for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add salmon fillets and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
  4. Add chopped bok choy and soy sauce. Cook for 2-3 more minutes until bok choy is wilted.
  5. Serve salmon over wilted bok choy.
