Broccoli Tofu Stir Fry

Broccoli is full of sulforaphane, a compound that activates antioxidants and detoxification enzymes in the body. Paired with tofu, this veggie stir fry makes an anti-inflammatory, anti-aging meal.

Ingredientes

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 package extra firm tofu, drained and cubed
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add broccoli and bell pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Add tofu, garlic, soy sauce and sesame oil. Cook for 3-5 more minutes until tofu is lightly browned.
  4. Serve over brown rice or quinoa.
