Broccoli Stir Fry

Ingredientes

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 lb broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add broccoli and carrot and stir fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Add soy sauce and cook for 2 more minutes.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds.
