Ingredientes

  • 4 oz cod fillet
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Season cod fillet with salt and pepper.
  2. Bake at 400F for 10-15 minutes until flaky.
  3. In a bowl, mix tomatoes, lemon juice and parsley.
  4. Top cod with relish and enjoy!
